Heliconia, the award-winning video production company behind the exciting Road Trip Angler television series, is pleased to announce that the third season of this unique adventure fishing show is set to premiere on Bally Sports Network on July 7th, 2024 across their U.S regional networks. The season will also air on Wild TV in Canada in the fall.
Road Trip Angler follows adventure fishing expert Jameson Redding as he travels across the U.S seeking out the best fisheries in the country and celebrating the people and communities that make these waters so special. Jameson’s unique fishing approach has him exploring diverse waterways with a seamless blend of storytelling and instruction. The premiere episode finds Jameson and local anglers kayak fishing in Florida, exploring the everglades and targeting both freshwater and saltwater species.
Subsequent Road Trip Angler episodes in season 3 sees Jameson heading north to test his skills on the mighty Chesapeake Bay on both a kayak and fishing boat as he targets the mighty stripers around Kent Island. The next episode has Jameson on his home waterways in the mountains of North Carolina. Here he brings out his rafting and kayaking skills while fishing smallmouth with friends and family. In the season finale, Jameson hunt for redfish and sheepshead in beautiful Wrightsville Beach on the coast of North Carolina.
